Transfer registration / Refund & Cancellation:

TRANSFER of REGISTRATION :
In any change of mind, whatever the reason, the best idea is to transfer your registration to any other person coming with SAME ROLE (follower/leader) and SAME DANCE and SAME LEVEL. Name changes are OK with us. No fees applied !
CANCELATION (of a member registered as a couple) :
In case only one of the two partner wishes to cancel, the ratio leader/follower applies, and so it might lead to the automatic transfer of the other member of the couple to the waiting list at the date of the cancellation. In the end, if the remaining person has no partner, either :
a. The ratio allows the person to take part (with the added ‘solo’ difference if any, at the moment of registration).
b. The ratio does not allow the person to take part, and automatic cancelation is applied.
REFUND :
– No refund will be accepted in case of registered cancelation. Please consider looking for a person taking your pass (same role, same dance, same level)
– Full refund will be done if Event Manager cancels event (minus the refund fees).
– Refund fees : Money will be given back by hand at no fees, or by bank transfer or any other way on your charge, no MoveOn.pro administration fees will apply, but the one of any transfer will apply fully to te receiver. The money going out will be exactly the one received during registration.
