We send you a 6-digit code. It proves we can reach you — that is what makes the member register worth anything.

4 The rules

What you are agreeing to — the short version

In short — the highlights, not the whole story. The Terms & Conditions are what govern your evening; §7 is the one about parties.

  • You are joining MoveOn as a member for the 2027 edition. Our parties are private events for members.
  • You behave respectfully towards everyone in the room. Dancing is always by invitation, and “no” is a complete answer. The organisers may ask anyone to leave for behaviour that spoils the evening (§10).
  • You come and dance at your own risk; look after your own belongings (§11).
  • What you pay is a membership fee, not a ticket — it is not refundable, but it is transferable until the evening starts (§7).

Your data and your picture

  • We keep your name, e-mail and phone to run the event, to show the party is a private members’ event, and to contact you about it. §9 says who else sees it and what your rights are.
  • We photograph and film the parties, and use the pictures for MoveOn’s own communication, including next year’s (§8).
  • Would rather not appear? Tell us — at the desk, or later at info@moveon.pro. It costs you nothing and changes nothing else about your evening.
